This project entails the renovation of an existing building into a state of the art medical education building in the Jewelry District of Providence, RI. The facility will include approximately 36,000 sq. ft. of classrooms, auditoriums and anatomy suite spaces; 7,500 sq. ft. of office space; 17,725 sq. ft. of student space; and a 1,700 sq. ft. café, which will be open to the public
This project is a part of a revitalization plan that will turn the area into a hub of biotech, life science, and knowledge-based industries as well as provide jobs for low-skilled residents.
