Mr. Richmond S. McCoy is a nationally recognized real estate executive with over 30 years of diverse real estate transaction, development, and asset management experience. He has consummated more than $6 billion in transactions in the United States and abroad. He is currently leading UrbanAmerica’s efforts as a Master Planned Developer of catalytic urban redevelopment projects in 8 cities throughout the United States, with a completion value of our pipeline in excess of $3 billion. .
